Sharing Reviews

There are two ways to let other users see your media content.

1. You can invite users to your project

2. Send out links to password protected reviews to your clients

Adding members to a project

To invite members to a specific project, select the Users tab on the left from the Project Overview and click the Add Users button in the upper right.

To add multiple users at one time, type in their emails separated by commas. To add users from a list stored as a spreadsheet, see How do I add multiple users to a Project?

Sharing a review

When viewing the list of reviews in your project, you'll see an option in each row for "Share Review Link". 

Click this option to see your Review's share settings which include who to notify, who has access to the review, and if the review should be shared in standard mode or presentation mode.

After selecting your settings, save your changes and the review link will be copied to your clipboard to share.

Embedding passwords into share links

If security is not mission critical, the convenience of embedding the password into the invite link is available to our customers on the Team, Enterprise or Education Plus plans.  It is off by default for security reasons.  When this option is enabled, the invite link will include an encrypted password.  When the recipient opens the link they will be redirected to the Review URL.  (This Review URL, if shared, will still require that a password be entered manually.)

Embedded passwords can be enabled for all Projects in the Workspace under the Link Sharing tab in the Workspace Settings:
