Workspace settings to enforce security measures on link sharing
Link Sharing Restriction Workspace settings are currently only available on our Team, Enterprise and Education Plus level accounts.
Policy you can enforce at the Workspace level:

External Link Sharing
If turned off, no user in the Workspace (regardless of the users' permissions) can enable External Link Sharing for a review (e.g. a password only protected review). -
Require Password
Turning this on will require all users to set a password for shared links. -
Embed Password in Invite Link
Automatically includes the password for the review when sharing a link to the review -
Hide Download Option
Removes the option to enable downloads when sharing a review with external collaborators. -
Link Expiration
This setting will make all links automatically expire after the selected time interval.
Adjusting Link Sharing Settings
From the Project Overview, open the dropdown menu under your User icon and select your Workspace (it will have an "Owner" badge) to navigate to your workspace settings:
Select the "Settings" tab and then the "Link Sharing" tab to adjust your link sharing settings
Select the settings you'd like to enable or disable and click "Save Link Settings" to save your settings.
These settings will be used by default for all Projects in your Workspace, however you can set different settings for each individual Project in the project's settings as well. If you do not want others in your workspace to set their own project settings, you can use the "Enforce on all Projects" option.
