Allow-listing our domains for your Firewall

Which domains and protocols to unblock to ensure that SyncSketch works properly

In case you'd like to allowlist domains in your Firewall for SyncSketch to work, please ensure that traffic to the following domains (including subdomains) and ports are unblocked and enabled:

  • d2b4wsbwyizuh5.cloudfront.net/443
  • item-data-cdn.syncsketch.com/443
  • media-cdn.syncsketch.com/443
  • syncsketch.com/443
  • sync.syncsketch.com/443
  • checkout.stripe.com/443
  • https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3 (tmp fix)

Note: If you are using your own S3 bucket, please whitelist the corresponding FQDN of it as well.

Protocols:

Please make sure to enable both of these protocols:

  • https
  • wss

We are using websockets for real-time communication, which uses the wss standard.

Optional:

  • www.dropbox.com (Dropbox file import)

Please let us know if you need any help setting up your Enterprise Security. We also offer allow-listing IP ranges using the CIDR notation; this is currently a setting that we configure manually on your account.

Using a ShotGrid Firewall?

If you have enabled the IP Allowed list in ShotGrid, you will need to add the following IPs to the allowlist in order to sync between ShotGrid and SyncSketch. In ShotGrid, navigate to Site Preferences > Security > Allow IP Addresses:

54.227.167.65
35.153.118.4
52.5.219.154
52.3.136.101

18.206.32.114
54.226.211.79

52.28.88.188
65.0.224.135

Note: Please reach out to support@syncsketch.com and let us know if you're using the ShotGrid Allowlist.  We'll need to enable an internal setting for your workspace before you sync the first time to work with the Shotgrid firewall.

Happy Sketching :)
