This feature is only available on our Enterprise plan.
Enabling SAML on your SyncSketch account can be done within the Settings tab at the Workspace level in the Authentication section.
Please be sure to set up a subdomain if you haven't already - this is a requirement to enable SAML on your account.
Completing the setup
Under Setup information, we've provided the details you'll need when completing the configuration within your IDP. Please be sure to use this info in combination with our IDP specific instructions (see support articles below) to complete this step.
Complete the set up process by entering this info from your IDP configuration, and clicking the Save Configuration button.
Confirmation and Disable SSO Link
The confirmation dialog will appear to confirm you've enabled SAML, and provide you with a link for you to use as a way of disabling the SSO configuration if you inadvertently get locked out.
Important: Please copy this link and be sure to test thoroughly to comfirm everything is working as expected within 24 hours, as the link will no longer work after this period.
Disabling your SAML configuration
If you would like to disable SAML on your Workspace, you can click the Disable SAML button within the settings. The configuration info will be retained so it's easy to re-enable at a later time.
