A small, dedicated team with a passion
SyncSketch is made up of a cozy small team. It is important for users to know us, rather than being a faceless business.
If you get in touch, you will not be chatting to a remote sales team but instead, the very people who created this platform. We will certainly answer all your questions - SyncSketch, the Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
We feel person-to-person contact is important and we are dedicated to giving you the best experience from your very first steps with SyncSketch to making sure your deep-end technical pipeline integration sings a beautiful tune.
Chat: Let's do it!
At any given time you will be able to click the help or chat icon in the lower right-hand corner to strike up a conversation.
Emails: We love 'em. (no, seriously.)
In case you have a larger topic you'd like to talk about and feel a chat is not the right thing, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond as soon as we possibly can.
Documentation: Yep, you're looking at it.
Feel free to browse or search these articles to learn more about SyncSketch. And in case you're not finding what you're looking for, or stumble upon incorrect or outdated information? Send us a message at email@example.com and we'll get it covered!
Video Tutorials: The fastest way from bits to neurons.
Let's admit it. Maybe we are all here because we are visual people. Check out our tutorial Video page - and get the download.
Video Chats: Because it's the most fun.
SyncSketch is surrounded by a loyal and dedicated community that we have been lucky enough to meet in person and on various occasions over the years.
The most valuable time is face time. We'd love to get to meet you, just to learn more about yourself, your school, studio, or project, and talk shop about the upcoming roadmap and features and how we can make your dreams a reality.
(Speaking of video chat: did you know that you can video chat with other reviewers in SyncSketch directly?)
Feature Requests: Help shape SyncSketch's future.
From the beginning, SyncSketch was created and has evolved entirely through discussions with content creators about their needs and pain points. You can participate in that with the methods described above, but there's also a feedback site where you can upvote and comment on other syncsketchers' feature requests or post your own for others to upvote. This helps us prioritize the features we add.
